Jailene Gallo
Jailene Gallo is a Legal Assistant for the Family Law Team at Fairfax Divorce Lawyers. She drafts legal documents, schedules meetings, supports clients through the discovery process, and assists attorneys with trial preparation.
Born and raised in Honduras, Jailene moved to the United States at age 15. Despite initially speaking very little English, she graduated with honors from Falls Church High School in 2020 and began working in the restaurant industry, where she developed strong communication and client service skills.
She is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies at Northern Virginia Community College and is expected to graduate in Fall 2026. She is also working toward a second Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology, expected in Summer 2027, with plans to transfer to a four year university to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
Jailene has prior experience working at an immigration law firm and later transitioned into a paralegal role focused on personal injury and criminal defense cases. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her cat-loving one year old.
