Rachel Goldsher

Rachel Goldsher is an Associate Attorney at The Irving Law Firm – Fairfax Divorce Lawyers, where she concentrates her practice on family law and adoption. Originally from Amherst, Virginia, Rachel graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a dual major in Political Science and Criminology. She went on to earn her J.D. magna cum laude from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2020, where she was elected to the Order of the Coif. While at Cardozo, she served on the Cardozo Law Review and competed as a member of the Trial Team, experiences that strengthened both her writing and courtroom advocacy skills.

Before joining Fairfax Divorce Lawyers, Rachel served as the Chief Law Clerk for the Honorable Kimberly A. Irving at the Prince William County Circuit Court. This role gave her invaluable experience in the inner workings of Virginia’s courts, which she now brings to her clients’ cases.
