Elnaz Azim

Elnaz Azim works as a Legal Assistant at Fairfax Divorce Lawyers, where she supports the legal team in a wide range of case related tasks. Her responsibilities include assisting with case intake, investigations, discovery organization, document drafting, coordinating filings, preparing trial materials, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. She values organization in every aspect of her work and believes that a well structured environment helps support clear thinking and effective collaboration.

Elnaz spent her childhood between North Carolina and Northern Virginia, experiences that shaped her interest in law, policy, and global affairs. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Virginia Tech in 2023 and later completed a Master’s degree in National Security at George Washington University in 2025. After graduating, she worked for two years within the federal government, gaining exposure to legal and policy work at an institutional level. Since joining the firm, she has continued developing her professional skills and is currently pursuing her paralegal certification.

Outside of the office, Elnaz enjoys attending concerts, spending time with friends, reading, and baking desserts.
