Molly Teare

Molly Teare is a seasoned paralegal with nearly ten years of litigation experience spanning labor and employment law, construction law, family law, and criminal defense. Her career in law began unexpectedly when a regular customer at the coffee shop where she worked recognized her potential and offered her an opportunity to enter the legal field. She went on to earn her Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from George Mason University in 2020, an academic background that has contributed to her understanding of people and human dynamics.

Molly’s organizational and operational abilities eventually led her into a leadership role at her previous firm, where she managed legal support teams serving criminal defense and family law practices across offices in D.C., Maryland, Virginia, and South Carolina. She is skilled at keeping complicated cases organized while supporting staff and helping teams provide effective service to clients.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys weightlifting, searching for rare Pokémon GO finds, and participating in local trivia nights.
