Mehak Majid

Mehak Majid is a Law Clerk at Fairfax Divorce Lawyers. Her responsibilities include drafting legal documents and pleadings, assisting attorneys with trial preparation, supporting discovery, and communicating with clients. Her interest in problem solving and the analytical aspects of law drives her dedication to her work. She is also passionate about advocating for clients and values speaking with each person individually, recognizing how shared experiences influence her approach to her work as a law clerk and, eventually, as an attorney.

Mehak earned her Undergraduate Degree in Government and International Politics from George Mason University in 2023. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from the Washington and Lee School of Law in 2026. During law school, she served as Lead Article Editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice, worked as a Student Attorney in the school’s Tax Clinic, and served as President of the First-Generation Students Union.

Outside of work, Mehak enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends.
