Mary Ellen Bokanovich

Mary Ellen Bokanovich serves as the Financial Analyst and Billing Specialist for Fairfax Divorce Laywers. In her role, she translates complex financial data into clear, actionable insights while bringing a collaborative leadership style, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement. She is also a commissioned Notary Public.

Before joining us, Mary Ellen spent more than 30 years with General Dynamics Information Technology, where she developed extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, contract billing and close-out, forecasting, budgeting, reconciliation, internal controls, and audit support.

Raised in the City of Manassas, Mary Ellen has witnessed the area’s transformation from a quiet community of hardware and five-and-dime stores into a bustling area filled with shops, restaurants, and large neighborhoods. As a child, she and her siblings would ride their bikes past the old jail, which was located in the parking lot next to The Irving Law Firm’s Manassas Office at the time, on their way to Rohrs to buy penny candy.
